An embedded revenue dashboard, from request to review
Suppose account and revenue data live in different systems, while users work in a customer application. An embedded dashboard can answer a revenue question in that application, using only agreed metrics and records the user may access.

The pilot tests a useful dashboard in one host app with two agreed data sources; it does not assume an existing live ERP connector.
The user request
A permitted user starts with a question in the host app and can follow up without rebuilding the dashboard from scratch. The request describes the decision to make, not a layout specification.

The approved inputs
For a paid evaluation, the host and data owners agree on one application, two sources, and the meaning of each revenue metric. GovernedUI can then use only the capabilities published for that pilot and the records permitted for the current user.
- Customer or account context from the host application
- Revenue data from an approved internal or ERP source
- Metric definitions, role access, and a component allowlist
The embedded result
The result is a dashboard rendered with the host’s components: a trend, a breakdown, and the account context needed to interpret them. The user can refine the view and save a snapshot. Restricted values remain masked or absent according to host policy.
What the pilot measures
The team checks whether the numbers are correct, how much integration work was needed, whether users can make useful edits, and whether they return to the result. Scope, fee, and acceptance criteria are agreed before work starts.
What is available to inspect now
The public demo demonstrates generation and refinement with synthetic CRM data and saved dashboard snapshots. A live customer environment requires adapter verification, deployment readiness checks, and any model-hosting compatibility assessment before real records are used.
